Grove Chapter of the VIPS graduated its first class of 13 on March 30, 2005, and Officially went into service with the police department on May 1, 2005, The Grove VIPS orgainzation will perform the following functions in conjunction with the Grove Police Department
1) Assist Animal Control with Caring for the Animals and other duties.
2) Assist in providing Funeral escorts
3) Provide followup assistance for the Detective division of the Grove Police department.
4) Provide fingerprinting for the police department and public two days a week.
5) Provide house watches for our residence.
6) Provide security checks for our residence.
Other functions will be added as needed.
